Six Sigma

Six Sigma is a project management methodology that systematically reduces errors, increases efficiency and, at the same time, achieves high profitability. A large number of large companies are very successful in practicing Six Sigma - and increasingly demand this from their suppliers. Due to the digital transformation, the number of sensors is increasing and the networking of systems is increasing. This data is generated on a large scale. Here, Six Sigma provides competencies to analyze the data, but also to profit from the knowledge gained. In addition to the classic goal of improving quality and reducing error costs, Six Sigma can also be used to better understand processes and product and their interactions - a strategic competitive advantage.

Methodology:

Interactive simulation games, learning factory exercises and case studies, well-dosed theory content


Exam:

The course ends on the last day with a written exam. The exam lasts approximately 1 h and includes the content of the training. The participants receive after successful examination the IWT qualification certificate "Six Sigma - Green Belt (without project)".

In order to deepen the practical content in a first Six Sigma project, we offer an accompanying, individual coaching of the training project in the company by the coaches. After completing the exam, you will have 18 months to complete the Six Sigma improvement project. In the final report you show the application of the method with the resulting savings potential. As soon as the practice exam is passed, we issue you the IWT certificate "Six Sigma - Greenbelt" according to ISO 13053-1. If you are interested, feel free to contact us!
